Every time I go to the nutritionists office, I want to slap her for telling me to stop eating sugar and salt. I want to ring her neck for telling me to give up white bread. I told her that I will cut down on the amount that I eat, and gradually lessen my intake, but there is nooo way i am giving up juice. I drink water and tea all the time, and it makes me gain weight! I am about to go get water pills lol.

And now for the dinner menu-
Whole wheat rotini pasta with homemade tomato, garlic and basil sauce.
Oven cooked chicken breasts (fat and skin removed)
Salad with mixed greens, carrots, tomatoes, crasins, and balsamic vinegar.

Now that I have written this, i think I better go start dinner, because reading it makes me hungry.
