Today, the blood came, and I found myself , for the better half of the morning, cleaning and eating alot of chocolate. Always, when it comes , do I crave salt and chocolate.

The weather is warm and humid. I did a co- wash on my hair this morning using Hair One's hair cleanser. I also used Aussie Moist as a leave-in. I sealed my hair with 100% Virgin Coconut oil that I got from shop-rite. I have had that jar for months and it is not even half gone!

I started this blog (one of my many) manly to focus on self improvement and self awareness. I have been natural my whole life. I have experimented with dyes, but I found my natural hair color is nice for my skin tone.

The sun is shining... time to play!
